Our dedicated team of professionals is here to provide support, guidance, and resources to help students navigate through any mental health concerns they may encounter during their university journey. Our counsellors offer confidential individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address a wide range of mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and more.
